I haven't heard from anyone telling me that they think any advice or comments that I make regarding the Bar are helpful. Thus, I'll give it another week. If I don't hear from anyone, I'll take my blog in a new direction.
I'm a repeat taker this Feb. I took it the first time in Feb 08. I passed the essays (by a slim margin) and apparently had an out of body experience for the MBEs, which were dreadful. I sat July out. I am already doing MBEs and will integrate essays into the mix in mid-Dec or early January. I'm not banking on doing much, much better on the MBEs because I believe a lot depends on what kind of multiple choice test taker you are. I am going to spend as much time on the essays once I start them. I am planning on taking Bar Graders. How thorough was the feedback? Did they contact you if days went by, and they didn't receive an essay from you? Did you have the same tutor each time? Thanks, AF
